We take test drives a step further by letting you take the vehicle out, on your own, without a salesperson looking over your shoulder. Buying a car is personal and we want you to experience the car as you normally would - without some stranger sitting next to you.
No hand-offs.
We won't hand you off from one salesperson to the next, finally landing with a finance manager. At Roberts, you immediately sit with a finance manager and that is it, no one else to deal with, no moving around. You have one person's undivided attention.
Risk free.
You buy your car for your own personal choices. To get you from point A to point B, whether that is 3000 miles away on some epic road trip or to your job around the corner. Picking the right vehicle is tough and we make it that much easier. You have 5 days to try out your new purchase. If you think the other one you saw would be better, simply bring your purchased car back before your 5 day guarantee and pick out a new one.
